摘要
研究了某厂侧燃式与底燃式燃煤型壳焙烧炉。研究结果表明:底燃式炉比侧燃式节煤24%,炉膛内积灰量少,炉窑出口处炉气中的粉尘含量低,造价低35%;由燃煤改为燃气炉,底燃式极为方便,且改造费用仅为侧燃式改造费用的1/2。
The bottom burning and side fired type coal-fired calcining furnace for investment casting shell mold was researched.The research results show that comparing with the side fired type furnace,the bottom burning furnace can save the coal 24%,the dust deposition in furnace tank is less,dust content of outlet furnace gas is low,and the cost is saved by 35%; the reformation from coal-fired furnace to gas furnace is very convenient for bottom buming furnace,the cost is 1/2 of the reformed cost of side fired furnace.
