The characteristics and production difficulties of low carbon boracic bainite cast iron liners were summarized and the main points of casting production process control were given.Castings process parameters such as chemical compositions,pouring temperature,coating volume,holding temperature,machining allowance of bore and so on were adjusted and controlled by lots of tests and analysis to ensure the production of low carbon boracic bainite cast iron liners.
