内蒙古自治区和谐矿区试点建设现状研究

Research on pilot construction situation of harmonious mining area in Inner Mongolia province

和谐矿区建设是社会主义和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,也是实现矿业可持续发展的必然之路。本文阐述了开展和谐矿区建设的现实意义,总结了2011年以来内蒙古和谐矿区试点建设取得成效,但仍然存在部门分割管理、矿群矛盾难协调以及企业社会责任缺乏等问题,建议树立新型资源管理观,积极构建和谐矿区建设新机制,以改革促矿业和谐发展。

Harmonious mining area construction is an important part of harmonious social construction of socialism,and an inevitable road to achieving sustainable development of mining.This paper described the practical significance of the harmonious mining area construction,and summed up the achievement of the pilot construction in Inner Mongolia province since 2011,but there were still some problems,such as department division management,mine group contradiction difficult to coordinate,and lack of corporate social responsibility,ect.We should establish a new resource management concept,construct new mechanism of harmonious mining area,and promote the harmonious mining development by reform.
