摘要
本文针对甘肃某矿区含泥较重、含铜仅0.27%的铜废石进行了详细的选矿试验研究,开发出了对矿泥分散性较强并对硅酸盐类脉石矿物有较好选择抑制作用的分散抑制剂EMLT-1。此外,EMLT-1对铜矿的抑制作用较弱。实验室试验应用该药剂后,通过一次粗选、一次扫选和三次精选的工艺流程,最终获得含铜17.06%、回收率为83.43%的铜精矿,大幅度的提高铜精矿中铜的品位及回收率。在此基础上进行了选矿扩大试验,较好的验证了实验室试验结果。
Beneficiation test was done on copper waste rocks which were extremely sliming and copper content of only 0.27%.Dispersion inhibitor EMLT-1which made slimes dispersed efficiently and depressed silicate minerals was successfully developed.In addition,EMLT-1had weak inhibition for copper.By using the EMLT-1 in laboratory experiments,through one-roughing,one-scavenging and three-cleaning separation,the copper concentrate of 17.06% Cu was obtained with the recovery of 83.43%,copper grade and recovery of copper concentrate was greatly raised.Pilot test based on laboratory experiments confirmed the reliability of those from laboratory tests.
