融通仓模式下分销商库存管理研究

Research on Distributor's Inventory Management in FTW

供应链金融是解决中小企业融资难的重要融资方式之一,本文主要研究供应链金融模式中的一种——融通仓模式,并以分销商为主体,在传统库存管理中嵌入融通仓模式,研究了分销商在融通仓模式下的库存管理策略。本文介绍了苏州华成集团如何成功地采用融通仓模式进行库存管理,并对中小企业库存管理策略提供了一些建议。

Supply chain finance is one of the important financing ways to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises （SMEs） , this paper studies one of the modes of supply chain finance - - - the Fi-nance-transportation and warehouse （FTW） and focuses on the distributors. It embedded FTW in the inventory management, and studies the inventory management strategy of distributors in FTW. This article describes how Suzhou Huacheng successfully adopted FTW for inventory management, and provides some suggestions to the SMES for inventory management.
