安徽省体育强县指标体系研究

Research on Index System for the Powerful Sports County in Anhui Province

以安徽省为研究视域,以体育强县指标体系为研究内容,采用文献资料调研、访谈与专家座谈、问卷调查、实地考察、数理统计等研究方法,界定了县域及县域体育、县城及县城体育、小城镇及小城镇体育、村落及村落体育等相关概念,概括了体育强县的基本内涵,探寻了体育强县的指标要素以及诸要素之间的内在关联,建立了包含7个一级指标、19个二级指标和51个指标内涵的体育强县指标体系,通过论证及"和法"计算,确立了一、二级指标的权重系数,为评判安徽省体育强县提出了相应标准。

This research focuses on the index system of powerful sports county in Anhui Province.Different research methods such as literature review,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics and field investigation are adopted in the study to define sports concepts,such as county district and county district sports,county and county sports,town and town sports,village and village sports.Based on the above,the study generalized the basic concept of first class sports,discussed the index elements of the first class sports counties and the inner relationship among the elements.Meanwhile the index system for the powerful sports counties are set up,which includes 7primary index 19secondary index and 51basic index.Through discussion and sum calculation,the weight coefficients of primary and secondary index are established,the corresponding standard for the evaluation of powerful sports county in Anhui province is put forward.
