患者参与安全管理的实践

Application of Patients' Participation in Safety Management

目的探讨护理安全管理的方法,降低护理不良事件、用药不良事件及护理投诉的发生,保障患者安全。方法 2011年起通过采取以患者为主导参与安全管理的方法,鼓励患者及家属主动参与护理安全管理,与2009年、2010年比较护理不良事件、用药不良事件及护理投诉的发生率。结果通过患者参与安全管理,2011年科室护理不良事件的发生率及护理投诉的发生率较2009年、2010年同期明显降低;药物不良事件发生率也明显降低。结论以患者为主导参与安全管理是一种提高患者安全的有效方法。

Objectives To discuss management methods of ensuring nursing safety,to reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,medication adverse events and nursing complaints,and to ensure patient safety.MethodsIn 2011,the methods in which patients participated as the leading roles for safety management were employed,so as to encourage the patients and relatives to involve in nursing safety management proactively.The incidences of nursing adverse events,medication adverse events and nursing complaints in 2011 were compared with those in 2009 and 2010.ResultsAfter implementing the patient-participating safety management,nursing adverse events and nursing complaints in the department in 2011 were significantly lower than those in 2009 and 2010;as was the incidence of medication adverse events.ConclusionsThe safety management methods in which patients participate as the leading roles are effective for promoting patient safety.
