静脉留置采血管在婴幼儿采血中的应用

Application of Venous Indwelling Needle in Blood Collection for Infants

目的在婴幼儿留置静脉针管时配合软接式采血针根据不同的检验目的进行静脉采血。方法选择合适的周围静脉常规皮肤消毒后,进行静脉留置针管,再使用软接式采血针配套真空负压采血管在留置针管中留取血液标本。结果在2000例需要留置静脉留置针并需要采血的婴幼儿中,其中观察组1000例婴幼儿一次性穿刺成功率、血液标本质量合格率、护士操作的安全性及家属满意度均高于直接采用一次性静脉采血针采血法。结论本方法操作简单,成功率高,大大提高护理工作效率,减轻了患儿的痛苦及家长的心理负担,降低因多次穿刺而引发的医疗纠纷,能更好地服务于患儿,使他们早日康复,还有利于维护和谐的护患关系,值得临床应用与推广。

Objectives To conduct venous blood collection procedures with different tubes according to different purposes when venous indwelling needle for infants is available.Methods After appropriate standard cutaneous disinfection for peripheral veins,insert venous indwelling needle.Use vacuum blood collection tube with soft joints to obtain blood samples in the indwelling needle.Results Among the 2000 cases where the patients required both venous indwelling needle procedure and blood collection,the one-time success rate of puncture,blood sample qualified rate,safety of procedure,and relative＇s satisfaction were all highe rthan direct blood collection with disposable needles.Conclusions The procedure is easy to conductand of high success rate,which can increase nursing efficiency,lower the infants＇ pains and their parents＇ psychological burdens,and reduce medical disputes caused by multiple punctures,serving the patients better.It is good for their recovery as well as a harmonious patient-doctor relationship,being worthy of clinical application and popularization.
