摘要
科研秘书是科研机构重要成员,如何加强科研秘书管理成为当前新形势下一个重要话题。本文针对当前科研秘书队伍存在的突出问题,提出解决对策,以期能够解决当前科研秘书存在的瓶颈问题。
Research secretary is an important member of research institutions.How to strengthen research secretary management has become a significant topic now.This paper proposes countermeasures in response to the existing problems in current research secretary staff,in hope of solving them properly.
