护士长参与重症监护病房建设的实践体验

Practice and Experience of Head Nurse' Participation in Establishing Intensive Care Unit

目的探讨护士长参与重症监护病房建设的实践效果。方法从选址、确定设计方案、平面布局审核、内部功能设计、装修设计、仪器设备的采购等方面介入,参与ICU建设全程管理。结果ICU选址合理、功能齐全,布局流程符合院感要求,医护人员使用满意。结论护士长参与ICU建设不仅可以弥补建筑设计人员设计中的不足,同时也为病房落实消毒隔离措施,设施设备的维护奠定了良好的基础。

Objectives To discuss the results of head nurse＇ participation in constructing Intensive Care Unit（ICU）.MethodsThe head nurse participated the whole process of building Intensive Care Unit,including selecting location,confirming designs,examining room layout,designing internal functions,designing decoration,and procuring apparatus,etc.ResultsThe ICU was reasonably located and had complete functions.The layout and flow path met relevant requirement of nosocomial infection control.Doctors and nurses of the department were satisfied.ConclusionsThe head nurse＇ participation in the ICU＇s construction process could make up the negligence of designers who are not healthcare professionals.Meanwhile it can also facilitate the implementation of disinfection and isolation in ICU as well as the maintenance of apparatus.
