我国乡-城人口流动与缓解城镇失业问题分析

Analysis of Rural urban Migration and Urban Unemployment Problem in Our Country

本文分析了我国目前城镇高失业状况与庞大的人口流动规模并存的现象 ,简要介绍了托达罗 Todaro 模型的内容及其含义 ,并根据模型对我国的劳动力流动和城镇失业问题进行了分析 ,提出了缓解我国城镇失业压力的政策措施 ,即通过各种途径大力发展农村经济 ,提高农民收入 ,缩小城乡差距 。

In this article,we first demonstrate the seemingly paradoxical phenomenon of continued rural urban migration in the face of rising levels of urban unemployment in our country. Then we briefly describe the Todaro model, including its contents and implications, and further analyse the rural urban migration as well as the urban unemployment problem of our country. Finally, we advance several suggestions for alleviating the growing urban unemployment problem in our country ,that is, making great efforts to develop the rural economy, increasing the income of the rural peasants and narrowing the differential between urban and rural areas, thus reducing the rate of rural urban migration.
