摘要
目的探讨COX-2、ERCC-1在卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义。方法采用组织芯片免疫组化S-P法检测COX-2、ERCC-1在51例卵巢癌组织、15例卵巢良性病变及15例正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果卵巢癌、卵巢囊肿及正常组织COX-2阳性表达率分别为80.3%(40/51)、13.3%(2/15)和6.0%(1/15),ERCC-1阳性表达率为39.2%(20/51)、13.3%(2/15)和0。卵巢癌组织中COX-2的表达与组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),ERCC-1的表达与临床分期、预后有关(P<0.05),两蛋白的表达均与患者年龄、肿块大小无关(均P>0.05)。COX-2与ERCC-1的表达无相关性(r=0.24,P>0.05)。预后≤3年的患者ERCC-1阳性表达程度低于预后>3年的患者。结论卵巢癌组织中COX-2、ERCC-1的阳性表达程度不同,ERCC-1阳性表达程度较高患者预后较好。检测两蛋白可作为卵巢癌预后判断的参考指标。
Objective To detect the expression of COX-2and ERCC-1in malignant ovarian neoplasms in order to study their functions and clinical significance.Methods The expression of COX-2and ERCC-1was determined via immunohistochemistry using streptavidin-peroxidase with a tissue microarray in 51cases of malignant ovarian neoplasms,15cases of benign ovarian lesions,and 15instances of normal human ovarian tissue.Results Expression of COX-2was noted in 80.3%(40/51)of the malignant ovarian neoplasms,13.3%(2/15)of the benign ovarian lesions,and 6.0%(1/15)of the normal human ovarian tissue.Expression of ERCC-1was noted in 39.2%(20/51)of the malignant ovarian neoplasms,13.3%(2/15)of the benign ovarian lesions,and 0% of the normal ovarian tissue.Expression of COX-2in malignant neoplasms was related to tumor differentiation,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Expression of ERCC-1was related to the clinical stage and the patient's prognosis(P0.05).The expression of COX-2and ERCC1proteins was not related to the patient's age and tumor size(P0.05).No correlation between the expression of COX2and ERCC-1proteins was noted(P0.05).Expression of ERCC-1was lower in patients with a prognosis≤ 3years than that in patients with a prognosis3years.Conclusion COX-2and ERCC-1proteins are expressed in different degrees in malignant ovarian neoplasms.Patients with greater expression of ERCC-1protein had a longer prognosis.Detecting the expression of these two proteins will provide an index of the prognosis for patients with ovarian cancer.
