Advances in the study of mechanisms of drug resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis

近年来,耐药结核病的流行已成为结核病防控最为严重的障碍。目前,因耐药基因突变导致结核分枝杆菌对相应药物产生耐药性的机制已基本阐明,而宿主相关遗传因子所致耐药结核病发生的易感性及在耐药结核病发展过程中,机体免疫系统所起作用的研究尚处于起步阶段。

IIn recent years,the prevalence of drug-resistant tuberculosis（TB）has become the leading obstacle to TB prevention and control.The mechanisms by which gene mutations lead to corresponding drug resistance in TB have essentially been clarified.However,studies of host-related hereditary factors causing susceptibility to drug-resistant TB and of the immune system＇s reaction when TB develops drug resistance are still in the early stages.
