Exploring a method of instruction via Four-in-One teaching that integrates teaching,learning,practice, and assessment to teach Medical Immunoassay Techniques

摘要 以《医学免疫检验技术》课程建设为切入点,以培养免疫检验所需要的高端技能型人才为目标,从重新整合教学内容、"双师"型队伍建设、构建"教学做评四位一体"平台、实行过程考核、综合评价考核方式等4个方面论述开展"教、学、做、评四位一体"的作用和意义,真正实现从学校到免疫检验岗位的零距离对接。 In conjunction with the design of a course in Medical Immunoassay Techniques at Binzhou Polytechnic, Four- in-One teaching that integrates teaching, learning, practice, and assessment was developed in order to foster personnel with the skills needed to work in an immunology and testing laboratory. This article discusses 4 aspects of this approach: restructuring course content, devising a “two-teacher” system, creating a platform for Four-in-One teaching, and per- forming staged and comprehensive assessments. This approach closed the gap between school and a position at an immu- nology and testing laboratory.
