摘要
目的研究心率对双源CT冠状动脉造影图像质量的影响。方法应用回顾性研究分析不同心率状态下(分为低、中、高心率组)双源CT图像清晰度,将图像质量判读分为0~4级,采用Kruskal-Wallis H检验比较各组间分值差异有无统计学意义,同时应用Spearman秩相关检验对图像质量与心率进行相关性分析。结果 3组间Kruskal-Wallis H检验结果差异无统计学意义(H值为0.58,P=0.75>0.05)。秩相关检验r=0.28,P>0.05。结论各组成像质量与心率无显著相关性,双源CT冠状动脉造影有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective To explore the correlation of heart rate and image quality in coronary angiography with dual-source CT. Method Image quality was compared in different heart rates with low heart rate (〈 75 bpm), medium heart rate(75-85 bpm) and high heart rate groups (〉85 bpm). Image quality was divided by four classes from excellent (A) to non-diagnostic (D), and spearman rank correlation analysis was performed to compare image quality and heart rate. Results There was no significant difference in image quality of three groups (H= 0.58,P= 0.75〉 0. 05). In spearman rank correlation analysis, there was no significant differences with heart rate and coronary artery image quality(r= 0.28, P〉0.05). Conclusion Dual-source CT offers high quality image in a wide range of heart rates. Image quality is not influenced by heart rate when coronary angiography with DSCT.
