The Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)是由各种慢性肾脏病引起的肾小球率过滤下降及与此相关的代谢紊乱和系统受累等临床综合征。CRF缠绵难愈,为进行性恶化的不可逆病变,其病机以脾肾两虚,湿浊毒瘀内蕴,气血阴阳衰败为主,治疗上以温补脾肾以治其本,通腑泄浊以治其标。

Chronic renal failure CRF is caused by a variety of chronic kidney diseases associated with decreasing rate of glomerular filtration, metabolic disturbance, and systematic severe clinical syndrome. Clinically, lingering painful progressive deterioration leads to irreversible lesions. Clinical and pathogenesis include spleen and kidney deficiency, dampness turbidity, toxin stasis and accumulation. Yin and Yang are imbalanced. The treatment of CRF is that improving the spleen and kidney function, and relieving drain turbidity.
