摘要
米糠是富含植物脂多糖的植物资源。本文就米糠脂多糖制备过程中 ,蛋白与脂多糖的分离方法进行了研究。结果表明 ,等电点沉淀法和超滤法的串联应用可充分发挥两者的分离特点 。
Rice bran is a resource rich in vegetable lipopolysaccharide (LPS).The methods of separating protein from lipopolysaccharide in the exact from rice bran during the preparation of LPS were compared.The results showed that serial application of isoelectric precipitation and ultrafiltration was the most effective means among the protein separating methods.
