如何实现水电站的高效运行和科学管理,是每个水利工作者都将面临的问题和考验,安全管理是一项需要长期坚持,不能松懈的工作,需要各级领导重视,全体职工共同参与。笔者结合自己的工作内容,总结出了一些相关经验,以期对类似小水电站工程设备安全运行有所借鉴和指导。

How to realize efficient operation and scientific management of a hydroelectric station, it is a problem that every water conservancy worker will encounter. Safety management should be attached importance to, involving all levels of workers and leaders. The author combines own work and gives some experiences to guide equipment safety management of similar small hydropower stations.
