节水型灌区建设是水资源优化配置直接有效的途径。本文通过介绍石堡川灌区工程和水资源的现状,分析水资源供需平衡对节水型灌区建设的重要性,探索灌区工程节水改造内容和实施后的效益,以此为同类灌区节水改造提供参考。

The construction of water-saving irrigation area is a direct and efficient approach of optimal allocation of water resources. This paper describes Shibaochuan irrigation engineering and present situation of water resources, analyses the importance of supply and demand balance of water resources in water-saving irrigation area, and explores benefit after the implementation of water-saving project, so as to provide reference.
