摘要
以硝酸胍、乙酰丙酮及碳酸钠为原料,合成了2-氨基-4,6-二甲基嘧啶。采用元素分析、IR、UV-Vis及1H NMR核磁波谱对产物进行了结构表征。通过单因素实验考察了原料摩尔配比、反应温度、反应时间等对2-氨基-4,6-二甲基嘧啶合成收率的影响。结果表明:在n硝酸胍=0.05 mol、n碳酸钠∶n乙酰丙酮∶n硝酸胍=0.75∶1.2∶1.0、T=95℃及t=3 h的最佳反应条件下,可以获得最大收率为88.64%。
2-amino-4,6-dimethyl pyrimidine was synthesized with guanidine nitrate, acetylacetone and sodium carbonate as raw materials and water as reaction medium. The structure of the target compound was characterized and confirmed by elemental analyses, IR, UV-vis and ^1H NMR. The impacts of the molar ratio of raw materials, reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield of 2-amino-4,6-dimethyl pyrimidine were investigated through the single factor experiment. The results show that the highest yield 88.64% of 2-amino-4,6-dimethyl pyrimidine can be obtained under the optimal conditions:nguanidine nitrate=0.05 mol, nsodium carbonate:nacetylaceone:nguanidine nitrate= 0.75:1.2:1.0, T=95℃ and t=3 h.
