三维协同控制嵌入式软件构件库研究

Research on an embedded software component library for three-dimensional collaborative control system

摘要 以智能电子花样机为例,分析了可复用的三维协同控制嵌入式软件构件库模型,重点讨论了该领域构件的表示和检索技术,创建了一个用于管理这些复用构件的构件库系统,最后给出了该构件库的一个应用实例。 Embedded software components have important impacts on the cost of system design,product quality,replacement cycle,and even the market competitiveness in a complex electromechanical system involving CNC(Computer Numerical Control) precision machinery with three-dimensional collaborative control.Firstly,this paper has analyzed a reusable embedded software component model for three-dimensional collaborative control system by using the intelligent electronic pattern sewing machine as an example.Secondly,the definition and search technology of the components in this field are discussed in detail.A component library system is proposed for the management of component reuse.Finally,an application is illustrated.
