高致病性禽流感H5N1病毒基因改造引发争议案例剖析 被引量:7

摘要 高致病性禽流感(HPAI)H5N1病毒基因改造研究及美国国家生物安全科学咨询委员会(NSABB)的监管建议引起广泛争议。旨在通过对HPAI H5N1病毒基因改造及监管相关信息的分析,探讨有关两用性研究发展和监管的趋势。通过研究,梳理并总结出三大核心争议问题:禽流感H5N1病毒基因改造风险、实验室生物安全等级及研究论文是否应该全文公开发表。 Over the past months,numerous articles and opinions have focused on genetically engineered highly pathogenic H5N1 virus and the oversight recommendations of the National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity(NSABB) in the USA.The article is to discuss the future and oversight of dual-use of research concerns by analyzing the articles and opinions.Case analysis focuses on three major problems: benefits and risks of research,biocontainment levels for research,and whether the manuscripts should be published.
