依据对南洋理工学院进行实地考察获得的第一手资料,从人员招聘策略、教师管理策略、教师发展策略三个方面对其师资建设上的特色做法进行了介绍和分析。在此基础上,结合国内高职院校的实际情况在师资队伍建设方面提出了有益的建议和改进措施。

According to the first - hand information obtained by on - the - spot investigation of Nanyang Polytechnic, this paper introduces the characteristics of Nanyang Polytechnic＇ s teaching faculty construc- tion in three aspects： recruitment strategy, personnel management strategy and teacher development strate- gy. On the basis of this, some beneficial suggestions and improvement measures are supplied combined with the actual situation of higher vocational colleges in China.
