高校教育信息化发展趋势要求教育技术与教育教学全面深度融合,适应新形势下教学模式的发展.阐述了教育技术和教育资源的概念、特征以及教育信息化高校教育技术发展趋势,分析了高校教育技术和教育教学资源的现状,并讨论了存在的主要问题,从改善教育技术设施、搭建数字化教育技术支撑环境和建设课程资源等方面提出了对策,教育技术与教育教学深度融合,促进学校教育教学质量和人才培养能力的提高.

Education information requires full deep combination of education technology and teaching in colleges and universities,for the development of the teaching model in the new situation.In this paper,the concept and characteristics of education technology and education resources are elaborated;the current situation of education technology and resources are analyzed,and the main problems are discussed.Then the practical countermeasures are proposed from the improvement of education facilities,the construction of supporting environment of digitized education technology and curriculum resources and so on.Implementation of deep integration of educational technology and teaching,can promotes the education quality and the ability of cultivating talents in the universities.
