美国药师参与糖尿病门诊患者管理的启示

目的为我国临床药师在糖尿病门诊患者管理中的角色转变及成熟提供参考。方法通过参观学习美国医院,并检索相关文献,对美国糖尿病门诊患者管理工作模式的现状进行介绍。结果美国药师管理糖尿病门诊有效可行,可以提高患者依从性、处方合理性、节约卫生计划资金。结论美国糖尿病临床药师的工作模式值得我国借鉴。

Objective To provide reference for professional role transformation and matureness of clinical diabetics pharmacists in the management of outpatients in China.Methods Depending on the experience in the American hospital and related articles,the current working mode of clinical diabetic outpatients pharmacists in America was introduced.Results American pharmacists in the management of diabetic ourpatiets is valuable and feasible,which can enhance the compliance and improve the prescription rationality and save social funds.Conclusion The clinical mode of American diabetic clinical pharmacists can be use for reference of our country.
