摘要 目的探讨1,6-二磷酸果糖联合胸腺肽治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及对脑钠肽的影响。方法选择我院收治的小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿86例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(46例)和对照组(40例),对比分析两组的临床疗效、住院时间、脑钠肽指标的变化及不良反应情况。结果治疗2周后,观察组的显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。两组患儿BNP平均水平均较入院时明显降低(P<0.01),但观察组下降更为明显。结论 1,6-二磷酸果糖联合胸腺肽治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效确切,且不良反应少。 Objective To observe the effect of 1,6 diphosphate fructose combined with thymosin on pediatric viral myocarditis and brain natriuretic peptide.Methods 86 cases of pediatric viral myocarditis patiems in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n =46) and control group (n =40),the clinical curative effect,the dme of hospital stay,the change of index of brain natduretic peptide and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficiency and total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P < 0.05).The average time of hospital stay of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P < 0.01).BNP levels of the two groups were significantly lower than hospital admission(P < 0.01),but observation group decreased more obviously.Conclusion The curative effect of 1,6 diphosphate fructose combined with thymosin on pediatric viral myocarditis is effective with little adverse reaction.
