超说明书用药的调查分析

Survey and analysis on off-label drug use

目的调查我院门诊超药品说明书处方的用药情况,以促进用药的合理性及保证用药的安全性,有效性。方法利用PASS安全用药软件系统抽取30 d的处方,每天100张,共3 000张,根据《医院处方点评管理规范》(试行)、合理用药信息系统、具体药品说明书,分析处方超说明书的情况。结果处方的不合格率为66%,其中超说明书用药发生率为21.43%。结论超药品说明书现象普遍存在,我国应加强对超说明书用药的管理,提高用药的合理性。

Objective To survey the hospital outpatient and to promote the rationality of drug,ensure drug use safety and effectiveness.Methods To extract the 30-day prescription by Software system,100 each day,a total of 3 300.According to the hospital prescription review management practices ＂ （Trial） ＂ Rational administration information system,specific instructions,analysis of prescriptions off-label situations.Results The unqualified result prescription rate was 66％,among them the off-label use rate was 21.43％.Conclusion Off-label drug uses were Universal our country should strengthen the management of off-label use of improved the rationality of drug use.
