空间矢量调制的直接转矩控制变频调速试验平台 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统的直接转矩控制(DTC)系统低速时转矩和电流脉动大、开关频率不固定等问题,设计了基于空间矢量调制的直接转矩控制(SVM-DTC)试验平台。该试验平台硬件上采用智能功率模块(IPM)设计系统逆变电路,以基于PCI总线的DSP运动控制卡为核心,软件上采用Visual C++实现了变频调速实时性控制,并且控制算法具有开放性,便于二次开发。试验结果证明,该方案具有较高的动静态性能。 Due to the traditional direct torque control (DTC) system has the problems of torque and current ripples in low speed range and unfixed switching frequency, An experimental platform based on space vector control DTC ( SVM - DTC) was proposed. The hardware of this experimental platform used the intelligent power module (IPM) to design the DC- AC circuit and designed the digital signal processing (DSP) motion control card as its core which was based on the PCI bus. The software realized the real-time control of variable frequency speed regulation system with the Visual C + +, and its algorithm was opening and convenient to redevelop. The experimental results indicate that this design has a good static and dynamic performance.
