摘要
开发适用于有源前端级联型多电平高压变频器的矢量控制技术,对提高国产化高压变频器产品性能意义重大。针对有源前端级联型多电平高压变频器的前级整流器和后级逆变器进行研究,分别设计一套基于电网输入电压矢量定向和基于电机转子磁链定向的矢量控制技术。同时,开发了一套基于DSP+FPGA的高性能分布式数字控制系统作为该变频器的核心控制单元。在小功率样机中开展算法验证性试验,结果呈现良好的静、动态特性,表明设计是有效的。
Vector control is a key technique for high voltage cascade multilevel converter with active front end. Therefore, a vector control based on grid voltage oriented was designed for the grid side converter. The vector control based on rotor flux oriented was presented to the inverter side converter. Meanwhile, a distributed digital control system as the core control unit of the converter based on DSP + FPGA was established. Experiments had been carried out in the prototype. The results demonstrated a good performance.
