摘要
介绍了高效电机检测技术的发展及高效电机测试中的关键技术,着重介绍了基于静止变频电源的电机效率测试系统。系统采用双环反馈控制,实现稳频、稳压、稳负载的三稳试验电源,对系统的不确定度评价技术进行了研究。验证结果表明,系统的不确定度值优于0.4%,达国内领先水平。
The development of high efficiency motor detection technology was introduced. The key technique in high efficiency motor testing system, a set of static variable frequency power supply test system was especially introduced. The system used the dual-loop feedback control to achieve stable frequency,voltage regulator,steady load tests of three steady power supply. The uncertainty of the system evaluation technique had been verified. The results showed that the uncertainty of the system was better than 0.4% , up leading domestic level.
