西部农村留守儿童权益保护问题分析——基于贵州桐梓县楚米镇的调查

Analysis and Exploration on the Problems of Western Rural Left-behind Children——Taking Chumi Town,Tongzi,Guizhou as a Survey Sample

通过对西部地区贵州桐梓县楚米镇农村留守儿童权益保护问题的调查,分析西部地区留守儿童权益保护存在的问题,并提出从创新农村土地流转法律制度、保护农村妇女儿童合法权益等方面提出解决问题的建议。

By investigating the right protection for the rural children left behind in the western region of Guizhou,that is,in Chumi Town of Tongzi County,Guizhou,this paper analyzed the existing problems of the western region＇s left-behind children＇s right protection,and raised the proposals to solve the problems from the innovation of rural land transfer legal system to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women and children in rural areas,so as to be helpful for new rural construction of China＇s western region.
