论高职院校思想政治教育与就业指导的关系

On Relationship between Ideological and Political Education and Employment Guidance in Vocational and Specialized Colleges

高职院校虽然都十分重视学生的就业指导工作,但是,从当前的就业形势来看,高职院校的就业指导工作还须进一步加强。高职院校应以学生就业为导向加强思想政治教育工作,同时,又把加强思想政治工作作为就业指导工作的核心内容并贯穿始终,两者有机结合,相互促进,形成良好的互动关系,从而提高高职学生的就业率。

Special attention is paid to the employment guidance in vocational and specialized college.However,this job should be strengthened based on the severe situation of the current employment.Thus colleges should relate both the employment education and ideological and political education,and make the former core of the latter.Hence,these two elements can be combined and accelerated well.Employment rate then can be improved.
