摘要
为了解"顶岗实习"对提升师范生的实践性知识的作用和特点,随机地从贵州师范大学参加"顶岗实习"的1093名本科师范学生中抽取559进行实验。结果发现,"顶岗实习"对师范生的实践性知识的提高有显著效果;文科生在获取教学设计知识方面优于理科生;教师实践性知识的获取无性别差异;教师实践性知识的获取不受所任学科与专业类别差异的影响。
In order to investigate the functions and characteristics of internship in improving the practical knowledge of normal students,559 normal college students have randomly been selected from 1,093 normal undergraduates of Guizhou Normal University who participated in internship for the experiment.The results shows that,"post practice" has significant effects on the improvement of normal students' practical knowledge;students of liberal arts are better than science students in obtaining teaching design knowledge;the acquirement of teachers' practical knowledge is not influenced by gender difference or by any differences in disciplines and professional categories.
