人间充质干细胞表面标记分子的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal Stem Cell,MSC)可作为理想的种子细胞参与组织器官的修复过程。但由于不同分离方法得到的间充质干细胞的纯度不同,极大地影响了治疗效果的稳定性。因此,利用其表面标记分子进行鉴定分选,成为当前干细胞领域研究的热点。本文就人MSC表面标记分子的分类、功能、应用以及稳定性等方面进行综述。 The mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are the ideal seed cells for tissue and organ repair. However, different isolating methods can lead to different MSCs purity which greatly affect the therapeutic effect. Therefore, using surface markers to identify and sort MSCs has become a hotspot in the field of stem cell research. This review summarized the classification, function, application and the stability of human MSC surface markers.
