摘要
总结了腹腔镜阴式子宫全切术的护理经验.选取168例适合行腹腔镜阴式手术的患者,从手术前对患者的心理支持、患者的身体评估以及术后病情观察、精心护理、康复指导等护理方面进行了分析.结果发现患者治愈率为87.50%,好转率为12.50%,未出现并发症患者,表明腹腔镜阴式子宫全切术具有手术恢复快、患者满意等优点,该术式及护理方法值得在临床推广应用.
We analyzed the method of perioperative care of 168patients with laparoscopy-assisted vaginal hysterectomy,and discussed the key points in nursing work,such as psychological support,correct preoperative evaluation,close postoperative observation,rehabilitation guidance.The results showed that the cure rate was 87.50%,the improvement rate was 12.50%.The method is satisfactory without any case developing complications,and worthy of clinical application.
