摘要
利用被亚硝基铁氰化钠催化的铵(NH4+)与次氯酸盐和碱性苯酚溶液三者之间反应所生成的蓝色络合物(靛酚蓝)(λmax=660nm),在AA3型连续流动分析仪上建立了流动分析测定卷烟主流烟气中氨的方法,得到检出限为0.09μg/mL,相对标准偏差为3.40%,回收率为98.67%.利用该方法对16种市售国内品牌卷烟主流烟气中的氨含量进行了测定,含量范围为7.27-10.17μg/支.
By using a blue complex(λmax =660nm)produced by the reaction among ammonium(NH4 +) catalyzed by sodium nitroferricyanide,hypochlorite and alkaline solution of phenol,and using the AA3Flow Analyzer,ammonia in mainstream smoke was determined photometrically.The detection limit was 0.09μg/mL and the RSD was 3.40%.The rate of recovery was 98.67%.This method has been applied to the determination of ammonia in mainstream cigarette smoke of 16kinds of cigarettes in china,and the amount of ammonia in each cigarette is in the range of 7.27-10.17μg.
