摘要 系统地研究了羟基肉桂酸类化合物如阿魏酸、芥子酸和咖啡酸,在单电子氧化剂(氧化银)作用下的仿生氧化偶联反应.首次在温和条件下得到了相应的氧化偶联产物:3个双内酯二聚物和1个新的阿魏酸三聚物,并提出了肉桂酸类多聚物的氧化偶联机理. This paper makes a systematic study of the bionic oxidative coupling reaction of hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives,including ferulic acid(FA),sinapic acid(SA)and caffeic acid(CA)by using one-electron oxidants.We obtained their oxidative coupling products,three dilactone dimers and one new ferulic acid trimer under mild conditions and also the mechanism of oxidative coupling of hydroxycinnamic acid polymers.
