基于Visu+的隧道监控系统设计与分析

摘要 为了确保高速公路隧道行车安全,使高速公路隧道设备在最佳状态下运营,该监控系统选用菲尼克斯电气公司的ILC系列PLC、IL系列远程I/O模块,上位机界面开发软件为与之配套的Visu+.系统的主要控制对象为隧道内的照明灯具、射流风机、车道指示器.重点介绍了上位机界面的设计与开发,并详细阐述了各个界面所实现的功能.整个监控系统通过100Mbps光纤冗余环网互联,将隧道现场数据上传至路段管理所,实现隧道运行状况的实时监控. In order to ensure the safety of the highway tunnel and the proper operation of equipment in the best condition,ILC series PLC and IL series remote I/O modules of Phoenix contact were used in the monitoring system.The developing software of host computer interface is Visu+ designed by Phoenix contact.The main control objects are lightings,jet fans and lane indicators inside the tunnel.The emphasis is laid on the design and development of the host computer interface and a detailed description of the functions of each interface.The whole monitoring system is interconnected via 100Mbps optic fiber redundant ring network by which the tunnel operating conditions and field data were uploaded real-timely to the section of management.
