张庚扬教授“外科三焦辨证”发挥

"外科三焦辨证"源于清代高秉钧的《疡科心得集》,张庚扬教授灵活运用"外科三焦辨证"治疗疮疡,认为上部多为风温风热,治宜疏风清热,用牛蒡解肌汤加减治疗;中部多为气郁火郁,治宜行气散火解郁,用柴胡清肝散加减治疗;下部多为湿火湿热,治宜清热渗湿,用萆薢渗湿汤加减治疗。

＂Differentiation of syndrome according to San Jiao in surgery＂originated from＂Experience Gained in Treating Sores＂by GAO Bing-jun in Qing dynasty.Professor ZHANG Geng-yang used ＂syndrome differentiation according to San Jiao in treating sore and ulcer＂with flexible fashion and considered that the etiology and pathogenesis on the upper part are wind-warm and heat mostly and treated by dispelling wind and clearing heat with modified Niubang Jieji decoction;that on the middle part were Qi depression and fire stagnation mostly and treated by promoting the circulation of Qi,scattering fire and resolving depression with modified Chaihu Qinggan powder;that on the lower part were damp fire and heat mostly and treated by clearing heat and excreting dampness with modified Bixie Shenshi decoction.
