摘要
本文系统地观察了仔猪弓形虫病不同时期泌尿生殖系统病理变化的特点,并与全身其它各器官系统的病理变化进行了比较。病理组织学检查表明,泌尿生殖系统的主要病理变化即变性、坏死、水肿和白细胞浸润与其它器官系统的变化规律基本一致。但其实质细胞坏死程度低于其它系统,而平滑肌系统的变性和坏死性变化则较明显。本文还讨论了某些组织学改变与其临床表现的关系以及对猪的生殖能力构成的潜在危害。
The pathological changes of urinary-genital system in different stages of toxoplasmosisin pigs were observed and compared with those of the other systems in the whole body.Theresults of comparative pathology showed the changes of urinary-genital system,such as de-generation,necrosis,edema and infiltration of white blood cells,were the same as those of theother systems.But the degree of cell necrosis in this system was slighter.And necrosis of itssmooth muscles was severe.This paper also discussed the relations between some histologicalchanges and clinical manifestations,and the potential effects of these lesions on the reproduc-tion of swine.
