中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效分析

The Efficacy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将100例符合功能性消化不良诊断标准的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别观察并记录两组的症状缓解情况、临床效果以及其产生的不良反应。结果两组患者腹胀、腹痛、反酸、嗳气、反胃恶心等临床症状跟治疗前比较明显降低。结论中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著明显优于单纯西药治疗,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly. The relief of the symptoms, clinical effect and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results The symptom scores of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, acid regurgitation, belching, nausea and so on of the two groups were decreased significantly compared with those of before treatment. Conclusion The effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia is better than the treatment of western medicine treatment, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
