坎地沙坦酯加呋塞米联合治疗原发性高血压患者的疗效探讨

The Curative Effect of Candesartan Cilexetil plus Furosemide in the Treatment of Patients with Primary Hypertension

目的探讨坎地沙坦酯加呋塞米治疗轻-中度原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法入选2010年3月—2012年3月该院住院的轻-中度原发性高血压患者82例,受试者停用其他抗高血压药物,仅服用坎地沙坦酯(8mg,1次/d,共8周)和呋塞米(10mg,1次/d,共8周)。用药前后分别进行24h动态血压监测。比较服药前后动态血压监测参数的差异。结果坎地沙坦酯加呋塞米联合治疗前后的24h平均收缩压、平均舒张压、脉压、白昼和夜间的平均收缩压、平均舒张压、收缩压总负荷值、舒张压总负荷值及血压差异率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坎地沙坦酯加呋塞米联合治疗轻中度原发性高血压是稳定、安全、有效的。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Synthesizing Therapy of Candesartan cilextil tablet and Furosemide tablet on the primary hypertension. Methods 82 cases with mild and moderate hypertension in our hospital were enrolled from March 2010 to March 2012. The subjects had Candesartan cilextil tablet （8mg,qd）and Furosemide （10 mg,qd） orally after ceased to having other anti-hypertension drugs, 8 weeks a treatment period. They were surveyed with 24 hours ambulatory BP monitoring and endothelial brachial artery function after treatment period then observed the difference with before treatment. Results Compared with before therapy ,the difference of 24 hours and mean SBP, DBP and pulse pressure after synthesizing therapy of Candesartan cilextil tablet and Furosemide tablet was remarkably （P0.05）, the same as day and night mean SBP and DBP together with total load SBP and DBP. Conclusion It was safe and effective of synthesizing therapy of Candesartan cilextil tablet and Furosemide tablet on mild and moderate primary hypertension.
