呼吸内科护理中重症患者的护理

Nursing care of Patients with Severe Respiratory Department of Internal Medicine

目的探讨呼吸内科护理中重症患者的护理方法,并对疗效进行观察和分析。方法自2009年1月—2012年1月,该院收治呼吸内科重症患者60例,将所有患者随机分成3组,各20例,对于第1组患者,以心理护理为主,对于第2组患者,以环境护理为主,对于第3组患者,以机械通气为主,对护理效果进行观察和分析。结果 60例患者经护理,20例治愈及好转,机械护理组效果最好,心理护理组次之,而环境护理组相对较差。结论针对呼吸内科患者发病迅速以及高死亡率等特点,对于呼吸内科重症患者的护理,要采用正确的护理方法,从而降低死亡率。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine nursing, observe and analyze curative effect. Methods From 2009 January to 2012 January in our hospital, 60 cases were admitted to our hospital respiratory department of internal medicine patients, all patients were randomly divided into three groups, 20 cases each, for the first groups of patients, mainly in the psychological nursing, for the second groups of patients, with environmental care, for the third groups of patients with mechanical ventilation were,, observation and analysis of the nursing effect. Results 60 cases were cured and improved nursing, 20 cases, the best nursing group effect, psychological nursing group, but the environment is relatively poor nursing group. Conclusion According to the characteristics of respiratory department of internal medicine patients quickly and high mortality, nursing of respiratory department of internal medicine for critically ill patients, must use the correct methods of care, so as to reduce the mortality rate.
