雏鸡感染IBDV后对异种抗原的免疫应答反应

IMMUNE RESPONSES TO HETEROANTIGEN IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF YOUNG CHICKENS INFECTED WITH INFECTIOUS BURSAL DISEASE(IBDV)

本实验研究了雏鸡感染传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)后对异种抗原——小鼠红细胞(MRBC)和新城疫(ND)疫苗在外周血液的免疫应答反应。检测指标有IgG,IgM 和γ—球蛋白含量;血凝抗体滴度以及 T 细胞、B 细胞和淋巴细胞数量。实验结果表明,1日龄感染 IBDV 雏鸡接种 ND 疫苗后,血清 IgG,IgM 及γ—球蛋白含量和血液 B 细胞、T 细胞及淋巴细胞数量均明显低于对照雏鸡。1日龄和4周龄感染 IBDV 雏鸡接种 MRBC 后血凝抗体滴度,血清 IgG,IgM 及γ—球蛋白含量和血液 T 细胞及淋巴细胞数量也均低于未感染雏鸡。说明感染 IBDV 雏鸡对 ND 疫苗和 MRBC 的体液免疫和细胞免疫应答功能均明显降低。

Responses to heteroantigens,including mouse red blood cells(MRBC)and Newcastledisease(ND)vaccine,were studied in the peripheral blood of chickens infected with IBDV atone day and four weeks of age.The present studies were undertaken to measure the changesof immunoglobulin(IgG and IgM),γ-globulin content and hemagglutination titers in serumand T-lymphocytes,B-lymphocytes and the total lymphocytes number in peripheral bloodafter MRBC and ND vaccine inoculation.The results were as follows:After ND vaccine in-oculation,the content of serum immunoglobulin(IgG and IgM)and γ-globulin,the numberof T-and B-lymphocytes and the total lymphocytes in blood were significantly lower inchickens infected at one day of age with IBDV than in the uninfected chickens.The results in-dicated the suppression of both humorol and cellular immunoreaction to ND vaccine.Thehemagglutination titers to MRBC,the content of serum immunoglobulin(IgG and IgM),γ-globulin and the number of T-lymphocytes in blood,as well as the total number oflymphocytes were lower in all infected chickens than in the uninfected chickens after MRBCinoculation.The results present that IBDV infection in chickens tends to the decline of bothhumoral and cell-mediated immune responses to MRBC.
