齐拉西酮与舒必利治疗女性精神分裂症患者的对照研究

Comparative Study on Treatment to Female Schizophrenic Patient by Ziprasidone vs.Sulpiride

目的探讨齐拉西酮对女性精神分裂疾病患者的疗效。方法以数字随机表法将80例精神分裂症患者分为齐拉西酮组、舒必利组,每组40例。齐拉西酮组进行齐拉西酮治疗。舒必利组患者进行舒必利治疗。治疗12周为1个疗程。观测患者治疗前与治疗后疗效、不良反应、治疗后生活质量。结果两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分均明显下降(P<0.01)。齐拉西酮组生活质量评分、躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能维度评分均显著提高(P<0.01),明显优于舒必利组(P<0.01),不良反应量表评分明显低于舒必利组(P<0.01)。结论齐拉西酮与舒必利疗效相当,但齐拉西酮不良反应少,壳改善女性患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of ziprasidone in female schizophrenic patients. Methods The digital random table method, 80 patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups, sulpiride group, each group of 40 cases. Ziprasidone group were treated with ziprasidone. Sulpiride group patients were treated with sulpiride. For 12 weeks for 1 courses. Observation of cu- rative effect, patients before and after treatment of adverse reaction after treatment, quality of life. Results Two groups of positive and negative symptom scale score was signifieandy decreased （P〈0.01）. Quality of life score group ziprasidone, physical health, mental health, social function dimension scores were significantly increased （P〈0.01）, significantly better than sulpiride group （P〈 0.01）, side effects scale score was significantly lower than sulpiride group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ziprasidone and sulpiride in curative effect quite, but ziprasidone has less adverse reactions, improve the quality of life in patients with female shell.
