舒适综合护理在内科病房护理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Comfortable Comprehensive Nursing in Internal Medicine Ward

目的探讨舒适综合护理在内科病房护理中的应用效果。方法自2012年1—6月,该院该科收治应各种疾病就诊的内科住院患者120例,将所有患者随机分成两组,即实验组和对照组,各60例,实验组患者给予舒适护理,对照组患者给予常规护理,并对两组患者的护理效果进行观察和分析。结果在舒适满意度方面,实验组高于对照组;在焦虑程度方面,实验组低于对照组。结论对内科住院患者采用舒适综合护理,能够有效提高患者的舒适满意度,降低患者的焦虑程度,从而有利于患者的恢复。

Objective To study the application effect of comfortable comprehensive nursing in internal medicine ward.Methods 120 patients with various diseases admitted in Department of Internal Medicine of our hospital from January,2012 to June,2012 were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group with 60 patients in each.The experimental group was given comfortable comprehensive nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing effects of the groups were compared and analyzed.Results The degree of comfortable satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the degree of anxiety of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The implementation of comfortable comprehensive nursing for the patients in internal medicine ward can effectively improve the patients＇ comfortable satisfaction and reduce their degree of anxiety,which is conducive to the recovery of them.
