University assistant train is an important link,which is about the 'life'of assistant and aims to advance the'life'of student.This paper explore the 'life'dimensionality of assistant train taking life philosophy as the perspective and basing on the assiatant’s working need of 'life': guiding the assistant to understand the 'life'of student and educational content,serving the creativity of assistant,nourishing the vocational feeling of assistant.
