摘要
本试验采用在田间条件下栽培的6个不同基因型的未熟胚培再生植株后代(IE_2),分析其主要农艺性状的表现。结果表明,在成熟期、株高、产量性状以及抗病性方面均表现明显变异。但基因型间反应不同。同一基因型的株系间或同一株系内仍存在分离。IE_2代所观察到的表型变异在以后世代中的遗传稳定性和选择利用尚待进一步研究。
Analysis was based on the IE_2 generation plants from immature embryos culture of sixdifferent genotypes and the study was carried out in 1987 (immature embryos culture wasstarted in 1985, see reference No.6). The results showed that there were distinct variations inmaturity, plant height, yield characters and WSMV-disease resistance, and differences werepresent between genotypes. The differences genotypes indicated that genotypes might be thekey factor exploiting the potential of immature embryo culture utilization. In the samegenotype, segregation was present not only between the lines of individual regenerated plants,but also the plants of the same individual regenerated plants. The phynotype variation observed in IE_2 generation and their genetic stabilities in ad-vanced generation as well as the utilization of somatic clonal variation in wheat improvementremain to be studied.
