新疆某三甲医院医德考评工作现状调查分析

目的 了解及分析新疆某三甲医院医务人员医德医风考评工作现状.提出完善该院医务人员的医德医风考核工作的建议.方法 抽取新疆某三甲医院2008年-2011年医务人员医德医风考评结果,其中2008-2009年数据来自调查问卷,2010-2011年数据来自新疆维吾尔自治区某三甲医院医务人员医德考评信息化管理系统.对以上数据进行统计分析.结果 2008年度共考评2500人,评定优秀人员246名,占9.8％；2009年度共考评2650人,评定优秀人员267名,占10.08％；2010年度共考评2437人,评定优秀人员339名,占13.91％;2011年度共考评2910人,评定优秀人员438名,占15.05％.结论 通过医德考评活动规范并完善了该院医德考评制度；多种监督途径有利于进一步凸显医德考评工作对医德医风的监督作用；进一步细化考评内容并加强医德考评的执行力度是今后工作重点；充分发挥医德建设长效机制的作用,对于促进医院医德医风建设有着极其重要的作用.

Objective This article aim to investigate and analysis the status of a hospital medical staff of medical ethics evaluation work in Xinjiang.Proposed to improve the recommendations of the assessment of the medical ethics of the medical staff of the hospital work. Method The date resources of 2008-2009 were the questionnaire date, and the data resources of 2010-2011 were the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region hospital medical staff medical ethics evaluation information management system. Result The annual total of 2500 people involved in 2008, evaluating excellent staff of 246, accounting Ior 9.8%, the annual total of 2650 people involved in2009, evaluating excellent staff of 267, accounting for 10.08%, the annual total of 2437 people involved in 2010, evaluating excellent staff of 339, accounting for 13.91%, the annual total of 2910 people involved in 2011, evaluating excellent staff of 438, accounting for 15.05%. Conclusion Through the investigation and analysis of current situation of medical ethics evaluation, in order to standardize and improve the medical ethics evaluation system,A variety of oversight ways conducive to further highlight the supervisory role of ethics evaluation work on medical ethics,Further refine the evaluation of the content and to strengthen ethics evaluation enforcement to focus future work,Give hall play to the role of building a long-term mechanism of medical ethics, medical ethics has an extremely important role for the promotion of hospitals.
