摘要
目的为顺利推进首府基本公共卫生进程提供政策参考。方法分析2009—2011年南宁市基本公共卫生服务工作现状。结论南宁市从基本公共卫生服务项目启动以来，取得了一定的成效，但仍存在起步滞后、经费短缺、实施单位责任意识不强等诸多问题，需积极争取地方财政对疾控机构的投入，建立技术管理、培训、督导机制和评估体系，加强督导。
object Provide polioy references to equalization of basic public health service project for government. Method Analysis of 2009-2011 equalization of basic public health service project in Nanning City. Conclusions since Nanning city started the project, there are certain contribution, but still many problems ,like the initial lag, shortage of funds, and the responsibility consciousness of implementation unit is not strong. It needs to seek local financial on the CDC investment actively, establishment of technical management, training, supervision mechanism and evaluation system, strengthen the supervision.
